Cleo Society Shipping Policy

Below is everything you need to know about how your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered. 

Order Processing Times

• All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

• You will receive another notification email containing your tracking number once your order has actually shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We offer simple Flat Rate Shipping across the United States.

Shipping Costs

• Standard Shipping: $9.00 per box.
  

Carriers & Delivery Speed

We partner with USPS and UPS to provide reliable delivery. Most orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground.

Delivery Times

• Processing Time: All orders have a 1–2 business day processing window. This allows us to carefully pack and prepare your order before it is handed off to the carrier.

• Estimated Transit Time: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days.

Please note: Delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and are not guarantees. Transit times are in addition to our internal processing window.

Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, we only ship domestically within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

• P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: If you are shipping to a P.O. Box or an APO/FPO military address, please select a USPS shipping option at checkout, as UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to these locations.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.

Damaged Package

We want you to receive your items in perfect condition, but we know things occasionally go wrong in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@cleosociety.com with photos of the damage. We will work with you to make it right.
